    First edition (first printing). Very good in self wrappers (paperback). Spotting to cover, particularly bottom edge. This copy has a four-line inscription dated 14/IX-75 (about a month before Sakharov won the Nobel Peace Prize) from Sakharov's wife, Yelena Bonner Sakharov. For many years, while Sakharov was under house arrest, Bonner was his main conduit to the West. An uncommon book.
