Real Estate Taxes - 1893 - for City and County of San Francisco Relating to the Rancho San Miguel
City and County of San Francisco, 1893. 6 sheets. Rancho San Miguel was a 4443 acre Mexican Land Grant in present-day San Francisco given to Jose de Jesus Noe in 1845. Adolph Sutro purchased the northwesterly portion of the rancho in 1880. The real estate tax sheets are for 6 parcels totalling 1246+ acres, with each parcel described "commencing...then runs," etc. Sheets measure 12 x 10.5 inches. ISBN: 281AIB1032197.
